FULL HISTORY
The Full Story
2002: Born In London
2007-2016: I went to Harrodian School in Barnes, London
2016-2021: I attended Bradfield College and achieved 10 GCSEs, 3 A-Levels, and an EPQ.
July-September 2018: I was an intern at Timothy James & Partners over the summer Holidays and learned a lot about the company as a whole, working at the reception. This is where I fell in love with working with people.
July-September 2019: I worked as a KP at a restaurant in Barnes, then called Sonny's Kitchen. It was here that I realised I did not want to work in a kitchen. Whilst I had a lot of fun, I felt I missed out on what was happening in the main restaurant.
July-October 2021: I worked at the Van Gogh Alive Exhibition in Hyde Park. It was a 4-month exhibition starting in June, so I joined as soon as I finished school in July. Here I was a Gallery assistant, in the middle of the action, selling brochures, directing visitors, scanning tickets and running the gift shop. Early on, I was almost permanently placed at the front desk as I had the highest sales record with the brochures by a long way. It was a great opportunity that I still cherish.
January - October 2022: I started as a Novice bartender with no pub experience, but the General Manager, Jay, saw my hard-working nature and hired me. I loved it there. It had a quick turnaround with staff, but only because they joined on their summer holiday from Uni in May. There was such a sense of community here, not only within the staff but also, the regulars. We quickly became a little family and welcomed anyone with open arms and a lot of fun, creating an amazing atmosphere that both staff and customers were excited to be in.
October 2022-June 2023: I started my first year at Bath Spa University studying English Literature and Drama. I fell in love with the city instantly, found some amazing friends, joined the musical theatre society and performed in multiple plays!
June-October 2023: I went back to the Coach and Horses in Barnes, and whilst it was still a great place to work, it had lost some of the magic from my first time, as most of the original staff had moved on to different things.
November 2023: I spent a month working at the nightclub Labyrinth. It was so much fun, but ultimately not a long-term job as it was disrupting my studies and my life too greatly.
March 2024: I made the decision to leave University. I'm not a hugely academic person, and I was really struggling to keep up and be happy.
March-May 2024: I worked at the First Dates restaurant in Bath, the Botanist, and loved it. The food was amazing, and the staff were so lovely, and it was so cool to be in such an iconic place; however, I got an opportunity to work at a Michelin-recommended restaurant in London, and I had to take it.
May-June 2024: I worked at the Mayfair Chippy in Marylebone as a Supervisor; however, this was a very different experience than I was expecting. It was 12-hour days with an hour commute either side. There was no more personal service and chatting with your customers to build a professional relationship. It was all about speed and perfection; they needed hospitality robots, and that wasn't me. I preferred a more personal approach, getting to know your clients, and creating lasting professional relationships. I lasted a month before leaving, feeling pretty broken and exhausted.
August-September 2024: I did a week's work experience at Olivia Bell Talent Agency, learning all about the talent industry and loved it. It involved working with people, creating lasting professional relationships, but it was in an office, and I had weekends again! It was great. It started as a week's work experience, and turned into a month of helping them where they needed. It was truly incredible.
September-October 2024: I did a week's work experience at Independent Talent Agency under Sue Rodgers, working with her assistant, Chris Amat. I learnt all about script breakdowns and read some really interesting pieces! I also went through contracts with Chris and created Movie reels with their runner. It was a great experience, and I saw Jodie Whittaker in the lift!
January-June 2025: This was a 6-month contract with the post-production company Racoon as a production assistant. It was an unbelievable experience, and I learnt so much about the post-production world with colour grading and voice-overs. I also learnt how to put an episode together from Channel 4's Race Across the World team, working within Racoon.
July-Current: I've been helping the chef, Lizzie Whiting, with her admin stuff whilst she creates recipes for the new HBD book, which is being released in the new year.
July-September 2025: I completed the London Planning and Magagements Script Analysis online course. I learnt a lot about how a good script is written and how to detect a good one.
September 2025: I did another week at Independent Talent, where I solely focused on Script breakdowns. Taking all of the knowledge I'd learnt from my course and refining it into the best breakdown possible for an agent to read to get a gauge of the script.
